The inicial reserve Is 50% of the total price, non refundable. However, for reasons beyond our control and only at our discretion, we could choose to reimburse all or part of your deposit, or apply it to another trip, future hunting trips or another hunter.

Payments Must be made only in cash in United States of America Dollars. We not accept credit cards, travelers or personal checks. If you have problems to travel with cash consult us before the trip, we will do all we can to help you.

Pay of the Hunting days The day of arrival – reception or arrival to the hunting lodge with its night is a complete day of payment of the daily rate. Half day hunting (1/2 day) will be charged as a full day, If the hunter does not wish to hunt one or more of the days hired, use food service, use lodge service or hunting days transport, likewise will be considered a complete day of daily rate payment each one of them.

Responsibilities: Although our organization takes all reasonable care for
the safety and well being of hunter and non hunter companions, the company and its associates, the farm or field, hotel, or someone of its personnel can not
accept any responsibility for illness, accident or lost personal effects  during the airplane trip, during hunt, hunting days transport, hunting lodge service, food service, as well as non hunting days lost due to transportation or any meteorological condition, or any another reason. We will not be responsible for any change in Government’s laws or regulations that may affect the service.
